Released on 14th November priced £19.99 RRP, the fully interactive game is based on the hilarious BBC2 panel show hosted by Stephen Fry and that features comedic luminaries Alan Davies, Jo Brand and many others where being interesting is more important than being right.

Groundbreaking technology has been used to create the first ever fully interactive game of its kind on DVD, resulting in a whole new experience in gaming perfect for fun-packed afternoons with the family or evenings at home with friends. About QI Interactive DVDi Game

With team or one player options, the object of the game is to progress without falling into the trap of selecting the obvious, yet wrong answer. At the end of the game there is event the chance to win a real prize by logging online. QI Interactive includes many clips and stills on which the questions are based with Stephen Fry delivering the questions, rewards and penalties in his own inimitable style.

The QI DVD is quite simply the most quite interesting quiz you will ever play. In the large but velvety hands of your QI Minotaur, Stephen Fry, you enter a dark mental maze filled with mystical beasts: singing dogs & cat burglars; Lord Byron's rampant nanny & Adam's flannel. You will also meet Woonsocket.

The objective is to complete seven linked strands of around fifty questions each. Hidden at the end of each thread is a reward in the form of a secret letter. You must collect all these letters, a full complement of which forms an anagram. This acts as a key, gaining you access to the inner sanctum of QI where you may befriend the QI elves and win a chance at the coveted title of QI Master itself.

Questions are multiple choice and must be answered correctly in order to trigger the next question. If you answer wrongly you will get one last chance before being sent back in disgrace to the beginning of the thread.

However, and here's the devilishly cunning bit, in some cases there may be more than one correct answer to a question. Choosing the wrong right answer may lure you on an amusing but futile wild goose chase leading to a dead end. This, too, means relegation to the start, to try to find out where you went right wrongly.

Along the way, whether you be boffin or dunderhead, Stephen will do his best to stuff you with facts and nuggetoids on an incomparable number of subjects.

The ultimate object of the game is to have fun and to learn something. If, however, your desire is simply to be right the whole time, all you have to do is play the game over and over again for a week or so and then you can then impress your friends and apply for an "I'm A Hateful Little Smartass" badge.
