Welcome to QI.
We believe that everything should be interesting.
Here is some of what we do:
Our flagship show, QI, is a BBC comedy panel show with Stephen Fry and Alan Davies, where panellists get points for being interesting. Each series looks at a different letter of the alphabet.
We've written many books, including the best-selling General
Ignorance series, a book about animals, a book about interesting
people, a book of quotations, and more recently a set of fact books.
The BBC Radio 4 panel show, The Museum of Curiosity, is hosted by QI creator John Lloyd, who receives donations from the world's most fascinating people to a vast, imaginary museum.
The QI researchers (known as 'elves') host a weekly podcast to half a million subscribers, where they discuss the most interesting facts they've unearthed that week.
We curate an online encyclopaedia, QI discussion boards, and extra
TV and radio series material. We also run a fact feed on Twitter, a
YouTube channel, an 'interesting news' feed, and more.
We've taken a live version of the TV series across Australia, The Museum of Curiosity Live to the Edinburgh Fringe, and regularly record live episodes of No Such Thing As A Fish.
We've produced an official QI app, a Meaning Of Liff app, and Qiktionary, a four-letter word game which unlocks interesting facts.
