If you're looking for a job on the TV side of QI, then the place to apply is QI's production company Talkback.
If you're interested in working in the TV industry in general and want to know where to get started, here are our top tips.
Our core team of researchers, based in our office in central London, work the whole year round unearthing interesting facts for not just the TV series but also books, annuals, a Radio 4 show, newspaper features, a weekly podcast, and various other projects. They also run the official QI Twitter feed, YouTube channel and this website. Click here to find out more.
We are sometimes able to offer work experience at the QI office (not at the TV studios). To apply, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a CV and cover letter.
Temporary roles become available at QI throughout the year in a range of areas. They can include office and website admin, data entry, proofreading, video/audio editing and coding.
Nearly everyone in the office has a go at research, often starting on our Twitter feed.Send us your CV via email@example.com if you think your skills match the kind of thing we do. We will acknowledge all CVs and let you know whether we are going to keep yours on file.
